Enough of this shit

I've had enough of slacking and being a clown. I'm currently 187.6lbs and I have a body fat % of 19.6. I went out, bought lots of tasty food, been cooking and today is the first day really back at it, especially since I never go to the gym - I went to the gym!

I'm doing the Turbulence Training deal and I'm on the beginner level workouts, which basically means I'm getting reacclimated to working out etc. I'm gonna have a little snack before bed and then watch some American Dad and sleep. I know sleep is a big factor in actually losing weight and gaining muscle and that's always been one of my downfalls...

Another is alcohol. It's so easy to find a reason to go out drinking during the weekends, especially that the Bruins are in the playoffs. Blame it on the Bruins right? Yeah. Well, it's over with. I might have a beer here or there (I have 2 left... so that's my here and there) and then that's it until I'm at or close to my goal.

I want to be around 180 - 190lbs but with far less body fat %. I want ot be around 10% by the summer. Well... by summer's end at least. I promise myself to be working hard, so check back here for updates - I'll even post some video blogs once in a while.
